A 5-year warranty includes a 1+4 warranty structure to ensure that our customers are fully satisfied with their purchase.

During the first year of purchase, we offer a full replacement warranty for any defects or damages that may occur. If the mattress has any manufacturing defects or faults, we will replace it free of cost. Please note, however, that if you wish to change the fabric of the mattress, additional fees will apply.

From the second year to the fifth year, we offer a pro-rata warranty, which means that if a defect arises during this period, we will offer a partial refund based on the remaining time left on the warranty and incorporate the inflation cost.

It is important to note that our warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by the customer. In addition, we do not cover damage caused by transportation, storage, or handling by the customer.
